The furniture for our lounge was delivered as promised by two pleasant, efficient men on the given day, and was left for us to unpack with clear instructions of how to proceed should we find any damage. There was little chance of damage as it was so carefully wrapped and protected by several layers of thin polystyrene paper and card as well as strong card to the outer edges of each carton.

Have bought previously from this company and everything went well and was pleased with furniture however I have just spent nearly two thousand pounds on some furniture for the lounge and had a couple of pieces with defects to them . So now we find how good a company they really are ,and quite frankly their customer service is absolute rubbish e.g. When you contact them by email they want pics of the damage fair enough then they send you an email back asking you the customer to contact them by a charged phone number and wait in a Queuing system !

If your thinking of buying the polish that they promote in the store if you care about the environment and your health don't as the tin contains hydro carbons and other nasties. Won't buy from them again due to poor customer service - they don't deserve your hard earn cash.

Second time round bedroom furniture this time just as helpful express delivery means I will have my delivery in just one week cannot wait service and delivery I am sure will be just as professional as before that's why we did not think about going anywhere else just want to add 2 more items let's hope they can add it to the same delivery date when I go in store on Saturday then I will be impressed thank you oak furniture land

From walking into the store to our goods being delivered to our home we found the experience to be most rewarding. At no time were we hounded by salespersons, in fact after the initial greeting which also produced a coffee each, we were left alone to meander at our leisure. The next time we spoke with a salesperson was when we had made our choice and were ready to place an order which was over an hour later. At that point, any questions about the product and the its' delivery were answered. The paperwork was completed very quickly and we left having enjoyed a pleasant experience.
